Welcome to GEMMA
COMING SOON – OPENING APRIL 23
THE ITALIAN CONCEPT
No pizza. No frills. Just feel-good Italian dining.
Gemma started with the idea of creating something that’s hard to pin down, but that you can feel right away.
The name means “jewel” in Italian. Something small, rare, and worth discovering. That became the starting point for a place where it’s not about being seen, but about being present. Inspired by long dinners, crowded tables, and the unique Italian ability to blend food, people, and atmosphere into one, Gemma was created as a place where evenings are allowed to unfold at their own pace.
Here, the focus isn’t on perfection, but on what happens between courses—the conversations, the dynamics, the energy around the table. Gemma is a story about toning down the formalities and amplifying what feels genuine.
ITALIAN, JUST AS IT SHOULD BE
THE FEELING OF GEMMA
Feel the warmth. Taste the joy.
When you walk into Gemma, it’s not just the food that greets you—it’s the atmosphere.
The lighting is warm, the room is alive, and the pace isn’t dictated by a set schedule, but by those seated at the table. The evening is allowed to unfold naturally, just as it does when you’re in a good place with good company. Dishes arrive, are shared, and passed around. Conversation takes over, laughter breaks out, and the table becomes the natural center of it all.
It’s casual, lively, and effortless. An experience that doesn’t feel staged, but happens in the moment. At Gemma, it’s not about making an impression. It’s about making you stay a little longer than you had planned.
AN ATMOSPHERE YOU STEP INTO
COME FOR DINNER
Stay for everything else
This isn't about fine dining, but about feel-good dining, where the table is filled with dishes that are meant to be shared.
Expect classics with a twist: creamy risotto, hearty pasta dishes like strozzapreti with salsiccia, and cannelloni with ricotta and spinach. Fresh antipasti like burrata with basil, crispy arancini with truffle, and thinly sliced carpaccio that practically melts on your tongue. For dessert, we round off the evening with Gemma’s signature tiramisu or fresh citrus sorbet.
On the menu, you’ll find everything from classic Italian wines to modern takes on cocktails: crisp spritzes, an aromatic White Negroni, or the sweet, creamy Tiramisu Martini. The wine list has been carefully curated to complement both the dishes and the atmosphere, and the drinks are designed to be savored over time and in good company.
Share the experience. Share the memories.
