When Vestas hosted the Service Leadership Forum (SLF) 2026, approximately 150 leaders from around the world gathered for several days of strategy meetings, workshops, and networking activities. The goal was to establish a common direction for the global service business and strengthen collaboration across regions. At the Marienlyst Strandhotel, Vestas found the ideal setting to bring its international organization together in one place.
PURPOSE
The Service Leadership Forum was designed to establish a common direction and alignment across Vestas’ global organization. By bringing together leaders from around the world, the goal was to strengthen collaboration, share knowledge and experiences across regions, and ensure a common understanding of the strategic priorities for the coming years.
With participants who normally work in geographically separate locations, the forum also served as an important opportunity to build relationships and strengthen the network among leaders across functions and countries.
