It is customized to your needs, your body and your tummy, giving you and your baby a calm and gentle moment. During the treatment, the senses are stimulated, sore muscles and tension are released and swelling in the body and face is reduced. The treatment starts seated with a focus on the back and shoulders, continues lying down with gentle massage of the abdomen, arms, hands, legs and feet, and ends with a face and scalp massage.
We do not recommend treatment before 12. week of pregnancy.
