Join us for an exclusive lecture on the iconic Nak & Æd with the charismatic Nikolaj Kirk as host. Get a rare insight into nature's wild cuisine and the world of hunting that has fascinated us all across the country. Learn about the art of going out into nature, hunting your own meal and preparing it - raw, honest and authentic. Kirk takes you behind the camera for an exciting insight into how creative ideas and wild food experiences are made on TV. From questions like "does a pine marten taste good?" to the importance of hunting in our culture, he'll share anecdotes from filming and reflect on the ethics of hunting and respect for nature.
