Learn about the art of going out into nature, hunting your own meal and preparing it - raw, honest and authentic. Kirk takes you behind the camera for an exciting insight into how creative ideas and wild food experiences are made on TV. From questions like "does a pine marten taste good?" to the importance of hunting in our culture, he'll share anecdotes from filming and reflect on the ethics of hunting and respect for nature.
