After a long day of meetings and concentration, it can be nice to give both body and mind a breath of fresh air. At Marienlyst, we offer both Yoga and Breathwork as Afterwork activities that strengthen well-being, energy and community in the workplace.

Marienlyst Yoga gives you the opportunity to stretch your body, release tension and rebuild balance through dynamic flows, gentle stretches and mindfulness exercises. Our customized sessions can be tailored to your needs - from short breaks in the middle of the meeting day to longer immersive experiences, including beach yoga overlooking the Sound.

Breathwork complements yoga with conscious breathing techniques that can quickly regulate stress levels, promote emotional wellbeing, boost the immune system and improve sleep. In a matter of minutes, colleagues can shift their state of mind, release tension and find inner peace. The exercises can easily be repeated in the office or at home, so the effects last well beyond the session.

Together, Yoga and Breathwork create the perfect setting to recharge energy, find peace and strengthen team unity - all in a relaxed and inspiring environment where both body and mind are given attention.
