Sustainable and Local

Since 1861, Beach Hotel Marienlyst has been a firmly anchored part of North Zealand. We are proud to be part of our local community and therefore it is also only a natural choice to use our local materials as far as possible in our cuisine.

A Cuisine with High Ambitions

In 2017, Chef Casper Sobzcyk left Restaurant Søren K and the Copenhagen quay in favour of Beach Hotel Marienlyst and the refreshing nature of the Sound. With him he has his entire dream team of cook talents and together they stand behind Denmark’s perhaps most ambitious hotel cuisines.

Brasserie 1861

Innovative food based on the French and Nordic cuisine. Brasserie 1861 is Beach Hotel Marienlyst’s gourmet restaurant with an unsurpassed view over the Sound.

Restaurant Marienlyst

An impressive hall with great glass panels facing the Sound providing the setting for Restaurant Marienlyst. Here, we serve breakfast and the Chef’s delicate menus to meeting and conference participants.

MARIENLYST BAR & LOUNGE

Our Bar & Lounge is the hotel’s informal central point and meeting place. Here, there is room for work and peaceful moments during the day. And when the night falls, the atmosphere changes from business to pleasure.
