Rates

The rates for our apartments include free entrance to Casino Marienlyst and to Marienlyst Pool, daily cleaning and linen.

During the summer the apartments are rented on a weekly basis with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

For the remaining part of the year, you are free to pick any arrival- and departure day. However, minimum 4 bednights and with an additional charge of DKK 100,- per night.

Payment & cancellation

Payment

The rent is payable in two instalments, of which the first must be at our disposal no later than 8 days from booking date.

First instalment amounts to 25% of the total rent.

When booking later than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount must be at our disposal no later than 8 days from booking date.

When booking less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately by credit card or by bank transfer.

Second instalment must be at our disposal no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation / changes

Cancellation must be in writing either by letter or by e-mail to hotel@marienlyst.dk, and is not valid until it is received at Hotel Marienlyst.

Cancellation fees:
1. From booking date and until 70 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total amount will be charged, however no less than DKK 400.-.
2. From 69 to 40 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged, however no less than DKK 400.-.
3. From 39 to 20 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
4. From 19 days and until arrival: 100% will be charged.
